PPC guides parents on the proper care of their children in a manner that will prevent frequent illnesses. It also provides services in the area of growth and development monitoring from birth till adolescence. In doing this, any faltering growth or development is picked early and parents are advised accordingly. After several years of active paediatric practice in and outside Nigeria, the consultant paediatrician/neonatologist, Dr Bolasere Olawuyi, is poised to bring his experience to bear in counselling parents of well children on the step-by-step care needed to ensure normal growth and development of their children. Through routine physical examination and general health checks, he assists in early detection of possible ailments in children and guides parents accordingly.
